Meet Tal
Tal Raizer is the founder and sole injector at Plasma Med Spa. A Johns Hopkins University graduate with over 12 years of combined medical and injection experience, Tal brings clinical depth to every treatment; not just aesthetic experience.
Before moving into aesthetics, Tal spent 5 years in emergency room and ICU nursing and 7 years in orthopedic surgery. That medical background means she understands anatomy, patient safety, and realistic outcomes at a level that goes beyond standard injection training.

Treatment Built Around Your Facial Anatomy
Every face moves differently. Dosage, placement, and technique are decided after a thorough assessment of your facial movement and muscle structure; not taken from a standard template. The goal is always a result that looks natural to your face.
You'll Hear From Us at Two Weeks
Two weeks after your treatment, Lena, our patient care coordinator, will follow up with you by text to check on your results. If anything needs reviewing, that conversation starts there. It is part of how every patient is cared for at Plasma Med Spa.
